2017 Parent Donations

Our program is primarily funded by parent and family donations. Through your generosity, we have been able to provide coaches for our students, purchase show designs and uniforms, participate in local competitions and provide meals on competition days.

If you have not donated yet, please take the time now to help the program. Your relatives, friends, and neighbors can also use the options below to donate!

This year’s requested voluntary donation is $825 for Marching Band, $800 for Winter Percussion, and $500 for Winter Guard. The requested donation for Wind Ensemble and Symphonic Band is $100, The requested donation for String Orchestra,  Chamber Orchestra and Jazz Band is $100.  Please support these programs by donating. We have three ways to pay: check/cash dropped off at the Booster Mailbox or in person (contact us) or credit card donations via PayPal. To make a payment with any amount, please use the donation link.

If you make your complete donation early or sign up for installment payments ($230 each), we will give you parent T-shirts for just $5 dollars! (reg. $20). If you would like to pass on the T-shirt, just pay the $825 by clicking on the "Any amount" icon. Please contact us if you have any issues conducting your electronic payment. Checks can be dropped off at the mailbox outside of Mr. Miller’s office or mailed to the following address:

The Saddleback Valley Unified School District is very proud of the extensive co-curricular programs offered at the comprehensive high schools. Through state funding, the District provides financial support for these programs, which may include stipends for one or more coach/advisor for each program, superb facilities, and general maintenance of the facilities. However, costs exceed limited state allocations, thus necessitating booster club support and requests for contributions from participants.
Participation in the El Toro High School Instrumental Music Boosters Organization is strictly voluntary, and no student will be denied the opportunity to participate in a SVUSD co-curricular activity because of a parent or guardian’s failure to participate in fundraising activities, failure to devote time or resources to the booster club, or failure to purchase uniforms, or other accessories or equipment. Parents or students who do not participate will not be publicly identified.
In an effort to provide a comprehensive program for students at all levels, the El Toro High School Music Boosters is requesting additional contributions, listed above. If additional funds to augment the program are not raised in the amount noted above, the school may find it necessary to scale back the program. We are strongly encouraging all parents to contribute to the program. Remember, your contributions may be tax deductible. Please consult with your accountant or tax advisor for specifics.
Additionally, parents and students may be asked to participate in fundraising activities throughout the year in an effort to provide even greater financial support for the program. Participation is highly encouraged. However, lack of participation in these fundraising activities by a parent or guardian will not affect their student’s ability to participate.
